Model introduction

The VIM=c series vacuum induction melting and casting furnace system is suitable for metals, alloys, or special materials. Under high vacuum, medium vacuum, or various protective atmospheres, raw materials are placed in crucibles made of ceramic, graphite, or special materials for melting. The desired form is then achieved according to process requirements, enabling experimental molding, pilot production, or final mass production.

8. Crucible can be tilted at full power;

9. Low alloy element burn-off, minimizing environmental pollution impact;

10.Optimized matching of medium-frequency power supply and induction coil electrical parameters results in low power consumption and high efficiency;

11. The induction coil adopts advanced foreign technology, with special insulation treatment on the coil surface to ensure no discharge under vacuum, providing excellent conductivity and sealing.

12. Shorter vacuuming time and production cycle time, increased process integrity and product quality through automated casting control;

13. Wide pressure range selectable from micro-positive pressure to 6.67 x 10⁻³ Pa;

14. Enables automated control of the melting and casting processes;
