VIM-DS Vacuum Directional Solidification Furnace
Applications:
It is the best equipment for preparing high-quality turbine engine blades, gas turbine blades and other castings with special microstructures, and for preparing single crystal parts of nickel-based, iron-based and cobalt-based ultra-high temperature alloys.
Product Advantages:
Vertical three-chamber structure, semi-continuous production; the upper chamber is the melting and casting chamber, and the lower chamber is the mold loading and unloading chamber; separated by a high-sealing vacuum valve.
Multiple feeding mechanisms ensure secondary addition of alloy materials, enabling semi-continuous melting and casting.
A high-quality variable frequency speed-regulating motor precisely controls the lifting speed of the ingot mold.
Mold shell heating can be either resistance or induction heating, allowing for multi-zone control to ensure the required high thermal gradient.
The rapid solidification device can be selected from bottom water-cooled forced cooling or surrounding oil-cooled tin pot forced cooling.
The entire machine is computer-controlled; the solidification process of the material can be precisely controlled.
