Development and Application of Multi-chamber Continuous Vacuum Furnace

The performance, structure and characteristics of the multi-chamber continuous vacuum furnace, as well as its application and current status in the fields of vacuum brazing, vacuum sintering of powder metallurgy materials, vacuum heat treatment of metal materials, vacuum exhaust and sealing of electronic devices and stainless steel heat preservation containers, etc. .

Vacuum resistance furnace is an important industrial heating equipment developed in the 1940s. It is widely used in titanium, zirconium, tungsten, molybdenum, niobium and other active metals, refractory metals and their alloys, aluminum foil, electrical pure iron, soft Non-oxidative bright annealing of magnetic alloys, copper tube strips and other metal materials; bright quenching of high-speed tool steel and die steel; stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, cemented carbide, superalloy, ceramics, etc. Vacuum brazing without flux; vacuum sintering of powder metallurgy materials such as cemented carbide, rare earth permanent magnet material NdFeB; vacuum exhaust and sealing of electronic tubes, vacuum switches, stainless steel thermal insulation containers, etc. It is playing an increasingly important role in aviation, aerospace, ships, vehicles, machinery, electronics, petrochemicals, tools, materials, home appliances and other industries.

The vacuum furnaces used in the above industries are basically single-chamber or two-chamber batch vacuum furnaces, which have the disadvantages of low efficiency, high energy consumption, high cost, small output and not suitable for mass production. In order to overcome the above shortcomings of batch vacuum furnaces and meet the needs of modern industrial mass production, Shenyang Institute of Vacuum Technology has developed single-chamber and double-chamber batch vacuum furnaces for many years, aiming at the key technical problems of continuous furnaces. The first multi-chamber continuous vacuum furnace in China has been successfully developed by using a number of original key technologies, which fills the domestic technical gap in this field and breaks the monopoly of developed countries in this field. status. The equipment has been successfully tested at the user site in October 2002, and has been put into use stably. This product is a fully automatic assembly-line multi-chamber combined electromechanical integrated vacuum heating equipment. It has novel structure, simple operation, advanced performance and reliable operation. It is the first domestically and internationally leading. The overall technical performance of the equipment has reached and surpassed that of similar products in developed countries. It is an ideal equipment for upgrading the traditional single-chamber batch vacuum furnace.
The multi-chamber continuous vacuum furnace is based on the successful experience of developing single-chamber and dual-chamber batch vacuum furnaces for many years. A number of engineering technologies such as control and computer monitoring are adopted; the overall scheme of modular assembly line is adopted, roller bottom vacuum continuous transmission, pneumatic gate valve isolation gas and high temperature isolation composite technology, multi-zone PID closed-loop program temperature control, advanced touch screen + PLC + A number of advanced technologies such as computer automatic operation control; a new generation of vacuum heating furnaces suitable for various purposes such as vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing, vacuum sintering, vacuum exhaust and sealing, which have been optimized and carefully developed. The ideal equipment for upgrading the single-chamber intermittent vacuum furnace and vacuum exhaust table; it will be used for vacuum heat treatment, stainless steel brazing, NdFeB sintering, vacuum switch and exhaust and sealing of stainless steel double-layer vacuum insulation containers. The vast number of users improve product quality, expand production scale, improve work efficiency, and open up market space to provide strong technical support and reliable equipment support.
