On Last Saturday. March 25,2023. Two honorable expericed engineers from Pakistan visited our factory for the Preshipment Inspection of our product Model PJ-Q1066 Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace. 
In this inspection.
Customers checked the structure, materials, components, brands, and capacities of the furnace.
Our engineer also showed how to control and use the industrial computer to program the processing steps.
This furnace is designed and made for the Vacuum Gas Quenching and other heat treatment including tempering, annealing, brazing and sintering.
Its basic specification as follows:
Max temperature:1600 degree
Ultimate Vacuum pressure:6*10-3 Pa
Work zone dimension: 1000*600*600 mm
Gas quenching pressure 12Bar
Leakage rate:0.6 pa/h
Customers gave us high appraisal to our furnaces. and we further talked about the Second furnace for the processing of Ti material, which need all metal working chambers.
