3. Heat supply: Operate the temperature control instrument, then adjust the heating power supply to change the temperature in the furnace. Use a thermocouple to sample the temperature of each furnace, compare the detected furnace temperature with the temperature required by the skill, and calculate the error. The temperature control table calculates the heating current of the heating power board controlled by the operating quantity according to certain rules, and then controls the temperature.

4. Control output: control the conveyance of the feed truck between the exhaust chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, control the action of the dispersion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump, main valve, roughing valve, front valve, etc. In order to achieve the required vacuum environment.

After various tests, when the working conditions meet the control conditions, the vacuum furnace can use the automatic control system to work, which can ensure that it can better complete the task.

After the vacuum furnace is repaired, it should be checked frequently at the initial stage of use to check whether the surface temperature used is consistent with the actual temperature in the furnace (regularly check and calibrate the vacuum gauge, temperature controller, thermocouple, voltmeter and ammeter).

Check the three-phase heater for overheating damage, uneven temperature or whitening.

For three-phase high-temperature vacuum furnaces and vacuum resistance furnaces, when the capacity exceeds 100kW, an ammeter should be installed in each phase and each heating zone. If the equipment temperature and instrument indication are abnormal, it should be analyzed and dealt with in time.
