The cycle is much shorter than that of the vacuum sintering furnace, and the output is much larger than that of the vacuum sintering furnace. In terms of product quality after sintering, the product quality, appearance and stability of continuous furnace are much higher than that of vacuum furnace. The density and grain structure are also better. The degreasing section of the continuous furnace must be degreased with nitric acid. The vacuum sintering furnace has no degreasing effect, and any degreased product can be sintered in the vacuum sintering furnace. The advantages of vacuum sintering furnace are strong adjustability, flexible sintering curve, convenient parameter change and low cost.
