    Working theory

    By pre-pumping the furnace to vacuum and then heating to set temperature,inflate ammonia for nitriding process, then pumping and inflate again, after several cycles to reach aim nitride depth.

    Plasma nitriding is a glow discharge phenomenon used to strengthen metal surface. Nitrogen ions produced after ionization of nitrogen gas bombards the surface of parts and nitrides them. Ion chemical heat treatment process of nitriding layer on the surface is obtained. It is widely used in cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy. After plasma nitriding treatment, the hardness of the surface of the material can be significantly improved, which has high wear resistance, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance and burn resistance.
