Model introduction

Horizontal, single chamber, All metal heating chamber,3 stage vacuum pumps.

By using Molybdenum-Lanthanum Alloy as heating elements and thermal insulation materials, the whole heating chamber is composed with Molybdenum-Lanthanum Alloy and Stainless steel. Avoid the gas release from graphite materials, to reach ultimate vacuum 6.7*10^-4Pa, which is enough for the process of easily oxidized metal like Ti.
